Vaccinations are an important part of a complete healthcare
program for your pet. We believe that vaccinating your puppy at 6, 8, 10,
12, 14, and 16 weeks is appropriate and serves as a preventative measure against
disease.
Ignoring vaccinations can have serious consequences for your new puppy and in some cases can result in death. Taking your puppy for vaccinations will give you an opportunity to work with your veterinarian and see how he or she handles your dog.
When selecting a veterinarian make sure that the clinic you
choose provides emergency services. Talk with other pet owners about the
quality of care they feel they receive from their veterinarian.
Make sure that the person you select for the care of your animal is someone you feel comfortable with and someone you can trust. We strongly recommend regular veterinary visits to ensure that your pet is healthy and happy. |
